Lifetime Warranty: Gambit Off Road warrants that the product Gambit Emergency Axle Replacement (G.E.A.R.) you purchase will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a lifetime from the date of purchase. In the event that the Gambit Off Road G.E.A.R. that you purchase fails under normal use at any time from the date of original purchase, Gambit Off Road will replace it one time without charge. As a condition of replacement, you must file a claim on the G.E.A.R component(s) that you claim is defective to us for inspection within sixty (60) days of the failure of the component(s). All returns must be delivered to: Gambit Off Road, 1257 Sanguinetti Rd. #176 Sonora, CA 95370. No Claims for replacement involving damage to the G.E.A.R.as a result of improper use or abuse of the G.E.A.R. will be honored. This Lifetime Warranty is given to you in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This Lifetime Warranty gives Customer specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the U.S.A.
